Everything you need to know before we start: what you'll make, what you need on hand,
how the filming schedule works, and exactly how you get paid. Read it once, top to bottom.
★ Start date
To be confirmed
We lock the start date once the roster is set, and we'll tell you well before day one.
Everything else in this brief is final — get your checklist sorted now, not when the date lands.

The app
TravelArrow — Save Big, Travel Better
4.6★ on the App Store with 2,000+ ratings. A travel deal-finder that lives in your phone — it upgrades Google Flights with legroom and aircraft info, surfaces working promo codes for airlines and hotels, finds cheaper hotel and car rental rates, and earns you airline miles on everyday online shopping.
You'll be making short-form videos for TravelArrow — the app that finds you a cheaper version of the
trip you were already going to book. Better flight prices, working promo codes, cheaper hotel and car rates,
and airline miles on shopping you'd do anyway. The content goes out on new campaign accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube — accounts you create and run yourself. We send you the login details to set them up with; you make the accounts, and you post every video on them.
Here's the part that makes this easy: we give you the viral formats and the scripts. You never have
to come up with a video idea. We hand you the hook, the structure, and the script — you film it in your
style and post it. That's the whole job.
The style stays yours. We're working with you because of how you already make content, not to turn you
into a spokesperson.
★ What we hand you, every batch
The hook. The format. The full script.
All you do is set up good light, hit record, and say it in your own voice.
02 What you'll be making
52 unique videos over the 30-day campaign — roughly 2 per day, Monday through Saturday.
Every video gets posted across all 3 platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Same video, all three — so each of your 52 videos goes out in three places.
Each video is a hook + a quick demo moment where the app appears on screen doing its thing.
Most of these are talking-to-camera videos. That's not a style preference — it's simply the format that converts best for apps like this, so that's where the bulk of your 52 will sit.
"Unique" means genuinely different videos — not the same clip reposted.
The demo moment is the most important beat
Most videos will have a point where you cut from talking to actually showing the app on your phone —
a flight search coming back cheaper than the one you were looking at, a promo code actually applying at
checkout, a hotel rate dropping, miles landing from a normal online order. That payoff is what makes these
convert, so it has to look real and clean.
Why your own experience matters
Talking from your own experience is what makes these land instead of reading like an ad. You do not need
to be a frequent flyer or have a passport full of stamps — “I book one trip a year and I always feel like I
overpaid” is plenty, and honestly more relatable. Say only what’s true for you, and never invent a saving you
didn’t actually get.
▶ You don't have to be a big YouTuber
Being a normal person is the point.
TravelArrow is for anyone who books a trip and wonders if they got ripped off. “I found this and I'm never
booking a flight the old way again” is a stronger video than a millionaire creator's review. You just need a
real channel — even a small one — so it reads as real.
03 Reference videos
Easier to show than describe. None of these are for TravelArrow — they're for completely different apps —
but the shape is exactly what you'll be doing: talking to camera, in your own voice, about an app you
actually use, with a quick moment where the app shows up on screen.
Yours will be different videos with different scripts. Same idea, though. Have a look at all four and
see how they feel.
If this doesn't feel like your style, that's completely fine.
We'd much rather hear that now than three videos in. Tell us and we'll either adjust the formats to
suit you, or part ways with no hard feelings. There's no wrong answer here.
04 The filming schedule
Two videos a day, six days a week sounds like a lot — but almost nobody films daily.
You can batch up to 3 days ahead, which means the whole campaign fits into
two filming sessions a week.
Session 1
Sunday night
MonTueWed
Film the 6 videos that post Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Session 2
Wednesday night
ThuFriSat
Film the 6 videos that post Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
→ What batching actually buys you
Two evenings a week, not six.
You film alone — nothing on this campaign needs a second person. Set your light up once, run through
the six scripts back to back while you're already in front of the camera, and you're done until
midweek. Creators who batch finish comfortably; creators who film daily are the ones who fall behind.
05 Your checklist
This is everything you need in place before your first filming session. Go through it now, while there's
still time to sort anything out — not on day one. If you're missing something, tell us — most of it we can
work around.
You
You can talk about travel and money honestly, in your own wordsYou don’t need to be a frequent flyer. Booking one trip a year and hating the price is a perfectly good starting point.
You’ve actually used the app before filmingInstall TravelArrow and play with it before your first batch — run a flight search, check a hotel rate, try a promo code. You can’t demo it convincingly cold.
You’re comfortable filming the app on screenReal screens, real taps, real prices. Nothing staged, mocked up or edited to show a saving you didn’t get.
Gear & space
A second phone or iPadSo you can show the app on screen while you film with your main phone. This is the one piece of gear the campaign genuinely needs.
Natural lightingFilm facing a window, or use a ring light. No dark, grainy footage — this is the single biggest quality difference.
A quiet, clean spaceClear audio, no background noise, nothing distracting behind you.
Time & commitment
Time for ~2 videos/day, 6 days a week, for 30 daysRealistically two evening sessions a week. This is a real volume commitment — be honest with yourself about it.
You can commit to the full 30 daysThirty consecutive days from whenever we start. Once we lock you in, we’re counting on you for the whole campaign.
Reliable communicationYou respond within a day when we reach out.
Admin & payment
You’ll create and run the campaign accounts yourselfWe send you the login details. You use them to set up the TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts for this campaign, and every video is posted from those accounts by you. We hand you the keys — you drive.
A Discord accountDiscord is where everything happens — you'll send us every video there, and that's where your scripts and formats come from. Posting is still yours — every video goes up on your campaign accounts, from you. We'll send your server invite once you're locked in.
Zelle set upAll payments go out through Zelle. Make sure your Zelle is active on the phone number or email you give us.
Based in the US — ideallyZelle is US-only, so US-based is the smoothest path for payment. We do still take on creators outside the US — just tell us where you’re based before you commit and we’ll go from there.
06 How you get paid
$650 flat, paid in two halves through Zelle. Deliver the 52 videos on cadence and the full
$650 is yours whatever the views do. Each half is tied to actually being on pace. On top of that
there is one bonus, and only one: an extra $75 if the campaign passes 500,000 views.
Your payout
$650
Flat, and guaranteed on delivery. Views can add to this — they can never take from it.
Payment 1
$325
At the halfway mark, once 26 videos are live on all 3 platforms.
Payment 2
$325
On completion, once all 52 are live on all 3 platforms.
★ The one bonus
+$75 if the campaign passes 500,000 views.
Counted across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts together, over all 52 videos, at the end
of the 30 days. Clear it and $75 is added to your final payment — so the most this campaign pays is
$725. Fall short and nothing changes: your $650 is untouched either way. There are no tiers
above this and no targets below it.
▶ Why flat, and what it means for you
A slow week can never cost you money.
Some campaigns pay per view, which means a slow week costs you. This one doesn’t. Post all 52 on
time and the full $650 is yours regardless of how they perform. Views only ever work in your
favour here — they can earn you the $75, they can never take anything away. So don’t coast:
make every video like it’s the one that pops.
The two payments
Payment 1 · Halfway
$325
At the two-week mark
Only if 26 videos are live on all 3 platforms by then. That’s half your total, posted
to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Once it’s paid, it’s yours to keep —
whatever happens afterwards.
Payment 2 · Completion
$325
On completion
Only once all 52 unique videos are live on all 3 platforms. Paid out within a few days of
the last one going up, together with the $75 bonus if the campaign passed 500,000 views.
✕ If you’re behind at the two-week mark
No payment goes out at that checkpoint.
It’s not a penalty and you don’t lose the money — the checkpoint payment simply releases once
you’re caught up to 26 videos live on all three platforms. But it does mean falling behind delays
your money, so stay on pace. If something comes up, tell us early and we’ll figure it out.
And to be clear the other way round: once a payment has gone out, it’s yours — we never claw
anything back.
07 Content guidelines
Read these — they’re in the contract. Most are the usual ones. The few that matter most here are
about money claims: TravelArrow finds deals, and the moment a video promises a specific saving or a
guaranteed price, it stops being true and starts being a problem. None of it limits how you make videos
— it just shapes the words.
Always
Keep it in your natural style and voice.
Follow each platform’s rules and community guidelines.
Make the app demo look real and effortless.
Show real app screens — nothing faked or mocked up.
Speak for yourself: “this is what I use”, “this is what I found”.
Say only what’s actually true for you.
Show real prices from real searches — whatever the app actually returned.
Never
No uncensored profanity.
No political, religious, or sensitive social topics.
No claiming results the app doesn’t deliver.
Never promise a specific saving — no “you’ll save $400 on every flight”. Say what you found, not what anyone will find.
Never guarantee a price, a deal, or free travel. Prices move; a promo code that worked today may not work tomorrow.
Never fake a search result, a price or a booking — no edited screenshots, no staged totals.
Don’t call it a hack, a glitch, or a loophole. It’s a deal finder, not a trick.
No financial advice, and nothing about credit cards, points churning or anyone’s money decisions.
08 FAQ
We haven't locked the start date yet — we're finishing the roster first. You'll know your exact start date well before day one, with enough notice to get your first batch filmed. Everything else in this brief is final: 52 videos, ~2/day Monday–Saturday, 30 days, $650. Only the calendar is open.
No — and honestly, not travelling much is often better. TravelArrow is for anyone who books a trip and quietly wonders whether they overpaid. “I book one holiday a year and I always feel like I got fleeced” is a stronger opening than a full-time travel influencer. Say only what’s true for you.
No. Nothing on this campaign requires you to spend money on travel. You’re showing what the app finds — searches, prices, promo codes, hotel and car rates — not booking anything. If a script ever calls for something you’d have to pay for, tell us and we’ll rewrite it.
No. This campaign is designed to be filmed solo — every format works with you, your phone, and a second screen. Nothing needs a second person behind the camera or in the shot.
Two payments through Zelle, both the same size. $325 at the two-week mark, as long as 26 videos are live on all three platforms. $325 on completion, once all 52 unique videos are live on all three platforms — plus the $75 bonus with that final payment if the campaign passed 500,000 views. Neither half depends on views, so there’s nothing to wait on after your last video goes up.
Yes, one way. If the campaign passes 500,000 views, you get an extra $75 with your final payment — a maximum of $725. That is the only bonus: no tiers above it, and the $650 is guaranteed on delivery whether you clear it or not. If TravelArrow extends or another campaign comes up, strong delivery here is exactly what gets you asked first.
Every view your campaign videos get on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, added together across all 52 videos, measured at the end of the 30 days. We read the numbers straight from the campaign accounts — nothing is estimated, and you’ll be able to see where the total stands rather than guessing. One thing to know: all three accounts have to be connected to us for their views to count. We set that up with you at the start, so it’s handled before day one.
That payment doesn’t go out at the checkpoint. You don’t lose it — it releases as soon as you’re caught up to 26 videos live on all three platforms — but being behind delays your money. If something comes up in your life, tell us early rather than going quiet. We’d much rather adjust than be surprised.
The video is publicly live on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from the campaign account. A video that’s only up on two of the three doesn’t count toward your 26 or your 52.
Through Discord. That’s where the whole campaign runs — your scripts and formats come to you there, and you send every finished video back there. We’ll get you into Discord once you’re locked in.
Tell us where you’re based and we’ll go from there — we do take creators outside the US. Zelle is US-only, so US-based is simply the smoothest path for payment. Anywhere else, we work out another way to pay you before you commit. It’s usually not a dealbreaker.
You edit them, but it’s very light — nothing fancy, no complex editing required at all. Most videos are just you talking through the script we provide, with a cut to the app on screen.
A minute max, and most are shorter. They’re mostly just you talking through the script we give you.
Rarely any. Because we hand you the script and the format, most videos are good as-is. If a quick reshoot is ever needed we’ll let you know, but it’s minimal.
You can batch up to 3 days ahead. Most creators film in two sessions a week — one night covering Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, then a midweek night covering Thursday, Friday and Saturday. That keeps it quick and makes staying on schedule easy.
You do. Once you’re locked in we send you the login details, and you use them to create the three campaign accounts yourself. From there they’re yours to run for the whole campaign: you post every video on them, and you connect them to us so we can count what’s live. We don’t post on your behalf — if a video isn’t up, it’s because it hasn’t been posted yet.
No — not your personal one. You post from new campaign accounts you create for this on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. We send you the login details to set them up with; you make the accounts, you run them, and you post every video from them. Your personal following isn’t part of this.
No. TravelArrow is free — you’ll just need it installed so the demos are real. If any feature we’re showing ever sits behind a paid plan, tell us and we’ll sort it out. You shouldn’t be paying for anything on this campaign.
Tell us as early as you can. Because you can batch 3 days ahead, a short gap is usually solvable by filming ahead. What we can’t work with is finding out after the fact.
Nothing. Your $650 isn’t tied to any single video — it’s tied to delivering the volume on time, so a quiet one costs you nothing. The only thing views touch is the $75 bonus, and that’s the whole campaign added together, never one video on its own.
09 What happens next
The whole campaign in order. We haven't set the start date yet — we'll confirm it with you once the
roster is locked, with plenty of notice. Everything below happens in this sequence whenever we begin.
Step 1Now
Confirm your checklist. Tell us about anything you're missing — especially your second screen and Zelle. If you're outside the US, this is the moment to say so.
Step 2Locked in
We send you the login details, you create your campaign accounts, and we get you into Discord — then we confirm your start date with you.
Step 3Prep
Your first batch of formats + scripts lands in Discord. Hooks, structure, full scripts — ready to film.
Step 4First batch
You film batch one — the 6 videos that post on the first three days.
Day 1Launch
Campaign starts. Content goes out 2/day, Monday–Saturday, across all three platforms.
HalfwayPayment 1
26 videos live on all 3 platforms → $325 via Zelle. The two-week checkpoint.
Day 30Payment 2
All 52 videos live on all 3 platforms → $325 via Zelle, plus the $75 bonus if the campaign passed 500,000 views. Campaign complete.
Before you commit
Ask now, not on day 12.
Once we lock you in, we're counting on the full 30 days — flaking mid-campaign leaves a hole we
can't easily backfill. If anything here doesn't work for you, say so and we'll figure it out together.
