These terms cover the use of Impresshyn's tools: our creator analytics dashboard, creator connect pages, creator apps, and published campaign reports. By using them you agree to these terms.
Impresshyn provides campaign analytics for creator-led UGC campaigns. Creators voluntarily connect social accounts so that public statistics of the campaign accounts they run can be tracked and reported. Clients receive aggregated campaign reports.
Features that connect a YouTube account use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access at any time from your Google security settings.
Statistics come from the platforms' own APIs and refresh on a schedule; brief delays and platform-side corrections are normal. Billing figures are based on verified counts as described in the relevant campaign agreement.
The tools are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impresshyn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tools. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
